I am happy with this item, although it arrived with some rust which required wiping; no big deal. I liked this rack from the moment I received it. It was love at first sight! It is narrower than the standard wooden ones and fits nicely into a small space in my bathroom. This rack is great, and it's far superior to any wooden rack that I've purchased. One note: It's a compact rack. Most racks are about 30" wide, while this is only about 20."
