Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Polder Accordion Drying RackCustomer Review: Love it! Summary: 5 StarsAfter years of laying clothes out to dry on couches, the floor, and on hangers that warped the shape of clothes, I finally did a little research of drying racks.
I purchased this one after reading the great reviews, and I must say that I agree. I love it! It really does fold down flat and stores easily.
I also want to add that Amazon shipped it in a big box with lots of air pockets, so there was no damage to the product as other people have complained about, so Amazon is listening! Thanks! (April 2007)
Customer Review: vear easdy and covienent Summary: 5 Starsi love it, came ready to use out of the box, lots of hanging space, no tools necessary, i use it often and i love it, easy to fold up and takes up very little space
Customer Review: great at the price Summary: 4 StarsI am very pleased with this product, for the price I paid for it. It is sturdier than I expected, can hold a somewhat surprising amount of laundry (small items on the lower rods, bigger things on the upper), and folds remarkably flat.
An optimal dryer might be shaped to make sure rods aren't quite so on top of each other so that things hanging down don't drip onto other things, but that's a small complaint: I repeat, I feel I got an excellent bargain on this drying rack.
Customer Review: Spot On!!! Summary: 5 StarsJust what i was after. You are better off spending a little more money on this as it's worh every penny. Shipping only took a couple of days as well.
Customer Review: good quality for the price Summary: 4 StarsI chose this item over another similar & more expensive one, based on the reviews. I think they were accurate: for the money, this is a great buy! The rack is sturdy and nice-looking, light as a feather, and I love that I can drape delicate fabrics over it without worrying about snags as I would with a wooden one. I am disappointed however that rust has begun already at the screws. This limits how freely I can use it--ie, I can't just toss a white sheet over it to dry, since I'll worry about rust stains.
