Sorry for how cynical this review may come out, but having read the lower star reviews, it seems the people were expecting more than what they got for the money.
Let's call this what it is, and inexpensive towel rack. Notice I said inexpensive and not cheap. Cheap has connotations of not good, not a good product for the price. This is a good product for the price. It does what you expect it to do, hold your towels. If you want something that assembles itself and hangs itself on the wall, this is NOT for you. If you want one that will dry you off and rehang the towel itself, this is NOT for you. If you want a place to put your towels so they aren't on the floor, this IS the unit for you. I wouldn't want to do any competitive gymnastics on it, but it'll do me just fine for hanging a towel or two in the bathroom.
