Description of Polder Cooking Thermometer with Timer and Clock

Three functions in one. Thermometer: LCD read out displays the inner temperature of food during cooking. Range: 14?F/-10?C to 392?F/200?C. Reads both Fahrenheit and Celsius. Pre-settable HI/LOW and inside the range temperature alert. Probe wire measures 39 inches long. Timer: 23 hr./59 min. count down timer and count-up stopwatch. Use timer and thermometer independently. Clock: 12 hr./24 hr. clock. USDA internal temperature cooking chart included. Requires one AAA battery (included).
Polder's cooking thermometer with timer and clock rids cooking of internal temperature guesswork. Insert the 7-inch probe and set the alarm temperature--in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The large LCD readout on the magnetized display presents the internal temperature continuously during cooking. The loud five-minute alarm gives you plenty of time to respond. Also, when not in use, the independent timer may be used as a convenient kitchen clock. --Madeleine Miller
