and, I have to say, they were absolutely correct. I wasn't sure this was the timer I wanted but everyone's opinions were so positive. It is so easy to use and far more accurate than my old egg timer with bell. Since it is so lightweight, compact and portable, I find I use it far more frequently. I work in audio recording where I need to turn things off at the precise moment. The timer is loud enough if you place it on a table and put it on sound and vibrate. The vibrate is louder than the sound if it can rattle on a hard surface.
I can also carry it on my belt if need be.

I purchased this timer about three weeks ago, and have used it regularly since then. The features behave as advertised, and I found it easy to use and perfectly suited for kitchen use. Audible alarm do not work
Light do not work
Vibrate do not work
I ordered the replacement and it also didn't work. So I returned both of them. Very dissapointed.

This would have been fine, but the one I received was defective and the digital display was all jarbled. I returned it and got a full refund so it's alright but annoying.
