Customer Review: Handy Kitchen Timer

Once you learn how to operate this timer, you'll find it very handy. Because it is see through, it's a little hard to make out the numbers from a distance of just a few feet, unless it is in front of a well lit non-dark solid background. In the past couple of years I have gone through several timers,(Sunbeam, Chefs Choice)none of them last for more than a few months or a year. I have paid more than ten dollars for some of them. The alarms usually go first, others just stop working and the face goes blank. Changing the batteries has had no effect. I have a Good Cooks timer that is 20 years old, has been dropped more times then I can remember, and still works perfectly, but is a just a single timer. My point is the stuff they are making today is garbage, with absolutely zero quality. This timer feels hefty and well built. I have been using it for a few months now, and have had no problems with it. If this changes, I will update my review.
